ABOUT ME

Having served as an executive at prestigious international firms  within retail, financial services and automotive sectors for 30 years, I have now extended my services to corporates and family entities as an independent board member and management consultant.

 

I have been honoured by the Ekonomist Magazine (Turkey) as one of the Best 50 Women CEOs in 2018 and was awarded “Excellence in Finance Leaders” by Finext in 2020 in Dubai/UAE. The companies I have led have also been awarded in numerous industrial and digital topics throughout my leadership.

 

The opportunities brought by technological developments, business life and the rapidly changing expectations of consumers with the pandemic are now differentiating the roles of business leaders and boards of directors. I believe that companies with visionary, agile and people-oriented leaders and boards of directors will stand out and survive in the challenging future.  With my continuous drive for development, my vision in digital and data, and my leadership experience, I am endlessly excited to play roles that will make a difference to both young leaders and independent Boards of Directors in the sector. In particular, I am a digital transformation and data-driven management consultant and independent board member who will strengthen the vision of companies who want to carry their institution to future generations and prepare them for the future.
